The navigation bar is displayed across various sections, allowing easy access to different pages within the same section by clicking on the items in the navigation bar. Most pages feature a data selection and visualization area. Detailed descriptions of the services provided in each section are provided below.

Part 1:Type I IFN Gene and Protein Database

IFN Gene and Protein Database

This page provides an information retrieval service for IFN genes and proteins.Upon accessing this page, users can enter the species, gene name, protein number, or conserved loci they wish to search for in the data selection area.After completing the data selection, the visualization area will display the retrieved corresponding IFN gene's species, gene name, start and end positions on the chromosome, protein number, protein length, and neighborhood conserved loci.

该页面提供干扰素基因与蛋白信息检索服务。进入该页面后，用户在数据选择区域可以输入想要检索的物种，基因名，蛋白编号或者保守位点。完成数据选择之后，可视化区域会展示检索到的对应干扰素基因的所属物种，基因名，在染色体上的起始位置与终止位置，蛋白编号，蛋白长度以及相邻保守位点。

IFN Information

This page offers a service for visualizing IFNs around conserved loci.Upon entering the page, users can input the species and conserved loci they wish to display in the data selection area.After completing the data selection, the visualization area will center on the entered conserved loci, displaying the IFNs around these loci.The displayed genes are presented in the form of arrows, with the arrow direction indicating the strand information of the gene.

该页面提供了可视化保守位点周围干扰素的服务。进入该页面后，用户在数据选择区域可以输入想要展示的物种和保守位点。完成数据选择之后，可视化区域会以输入的保守位点为中心，显示该保守位点周围的的干扰素。其中基因以箭头的形式呈现，箭头方向指示基因的链信息。

IFN Sequence Download

This page provides an IFN sequence download service.After entering the page, users can input the species name in the data selection area, and the visualization area will display all IFNs of the species and new IFNs calculated in this study.By clicking the Download button for a specific IFN, you can download detailed information about the IFN, including the gene name, species, corresponding chromosome number, strand information, and related sequence information.

该页面提供了干扰素序列下载服务。进入该页面后，用户在数据选择区域可以输入物种名，可视化区域会展示该物种的所有干扰素和本研究中计算出的新干扰素。点击对应干扰素后的 Download 按钮，可以下载该干扰素的详细信息，包括基因名，所属物种，对应染色体编号，链信息，以及相关序列信息。

Part 2:Type I IFN Conserved Loci and Sequence Identity Analysis

IFN Neighbor-genes

This page offers a service for querying IFN neighborhood-genes.Upon entering the page, users can input the species name or IFN gene in the data selection area, and the visualization area will display the corresponding IFN and some of its neighborhood-genes.By hovering the mouse over the displayed genes, information such as the species the gene belongs to, the chromosome it is on, and its detailed position on the chromosome can be obtained.

该页面提供了干扰素基因相邻基因查询服务。进入该页面后，用户在数据选择区域可以输入物种名或者干扰素基因，可视化区域显示对应干扰素及其部分相邻基因。鼠标悬停至显示基因上，可以获取该基因的所属物种，所属染色体，在染色体上的详细位置等信息。

Conserved Loci Computation

This page offers a visualization service for the results of the GENE-GRADE algorithm.Upon entering the page, users input the conserved loci they wish to display in the data selection area.After completing the data selection, the knowledge graph corresponding to the conserved locus in the GENE-GRADE algorithm will be displayed in the visualization area.

该页面提供了 GENE-GRADE 算法结果可视化服务。进入该页面后。用户在数据选择区域输入需要展示的保守位点。完成数据选择之后，在可视化区域会显示该保守位点在 GENE-GRADE 算法中对应的知识图谱。

IFN Sequence Identity Matrix

This page offers a visualization service for the similarity of IFN protein sequences.The data selection area of this page has two rows, one controlling the horizontal axis of the heatmap, and the other controlling the vertical axis.Each row has three inputs: the first is to select conserved loci, the second is to input specific gene sequences or protein sequences, and the third is to input species.Users can use all three inputs or just one of them.After completing the data selection, the visualization area will display a heatmap of the corresponding sequence similarity.

该页面提供了干扰素蛋白序列相似度可视化服务。该页面的数据选择区域共有两行，一行控制热图的横轴，一行控制热图的纵轴。每行都有三个输入，第一个输入是选择保守位点，第二个输入是输入特定的基因序列或蛋白序列，第三个输入是输入物种。用户可以使用全部的三个输入，也可以使用其中一个。在完成数据选择之后，可视化区域会展示对应序列相似度的热图。

Part 3:Type I IFN Evolution and Synteny Analysis

IFN Evolution Pattern

This page displays the relative positions of IFNs (including new IFNs calculated in this study) and conserved loci on the chromosome.After entering the page, users can select the species to be displayed in the data selection area, and the visualization area will show the IFNs and conserved loci of the corresponding species.Hovering the mouse over the gene blocks in the visualization area will provide detailed information about the gene.Each gene block has a default name label, and clicking the Label button below the data selection area can control the display status of the label.

该页面展示了干扰素（包括本研究中计算出的新干扰素）以及保守位点在染色体上的相对位置。进入该页面后，用户可以在数据选择区域选择显示物种，可视化区域会显示对应物种的干扰素和保守位点。鼠标悬停至可视化区域中的基因方块，可以获取该基因的详细信息。每个基因方块默认有名字标签，点击数据选择区域下方的 Label 按钮可以控制标签的显示状态。

IFN Muti-sequence Alignment

This page provides a service for comparing IFN protein sequences.After entering the page, users can select the protein sequences of IFNs from different species in the data selection area.For each protein sequence selected, the visualization module below will visualize its comparison results with previously selected sequences.

该页面提供了干扰素蛋白序列比对服务。进入该页面之后，用户可以在数据选择区域选择不同物种干扰素的蛋白序列。每选择一个蛋白序列，下方的可视化模块都会将其与之前所选择的序列的比对结果进行可视化。
